It really is!
I think I am going to let this thread get quiet for a bit, and focus on the other thread. I am going to get overwhelmed if I do not.

Thyme 03-05-2009 12:38 AM

Still selling the items listed within the second post.
Also I am willing to buy more CIs for guaranteed buyers.
But keep in mind I am not a supplier, so will only do one set per person.

Ivvy 03-05-2009 12:48 AM

hummmm I am back to roll around your thread. :)

Thyme 03-05-2009 11:03 AM

I'm sorry I missed you last night Iccy!
My son was having a night of wanting much attention after his friend left.
Evidently the friend he had over is the judgmental type and was being a bit rude with some of the things he said.

Ivvy 03-05-2009 11:58 AM

Hummm thats no good, is your son feeling better about it now. Some kids can be so mean and not even realize it. >.<

Thyme 03-05-2009 12:13 PM

Yes, he is feeling much better!
I think the big issue is, this kid was raised to believe that any guy who likes to cook, talk fashion, or anything that is considered *girlie* is automatically homosexual. He took it to a level of saying my son was, and it just really hurt his feelings.

Ivvy 03-05-2009 12:14 PM

O wow that is so messed up. Not very friendlike at all of him.

Thyme 03-05-2009 12:17 PM

No, not much, and it was all set off, because my son wanted to help me cook dessert.
My little guy loves to cook, and comes by it naturally.
He's actually quite talented at it.

Ivvy 03-05-2009 12:18 PM

Well I think that is awesome, my little one loves to help me cook, he helps mix ingreadients and stuff. >.<

Thyme 03-05-2009 12:23 PM

Its good to start them young.
Its a great way to spend quality time with kids, without making a big deal about doing so.
My son is to the point now, where he can make full meals.
That'll be good for him when he is older, and a bachelor.

Ivvy 03-05-2009 12:28 PM

Yes it will be good for him, I mean Heth (I love him to death) but his mom should have taught him at least how to fry an egg or make a pot roast, something easy so he wouldn't starve. >.< I have taught him how to cook myself, because I was worried during my last pregnancy that he wouldn't be able to feed the kids while I was recovering from surgery and I was on bed rest. >.< It was a frustrating process.. >.< He got down some of the basics though, and now the kids prefer his spagettie so once a week I get a cooking break now..lol.

Thyme 03-05-2009 12:31 PM

That is awesome!
Its great that he was willing to learn.
I know a lot of men, who would rather go without food than learn to cook.
Of course, I know a lot of women who are the exact same way.

Ivvy 03-05-2009 12:36 PM

Yeah I remind him he is lucky he is with someone who cooks and enjoys it for the most part, there are few of those out there now days. >.<

Thyme 03-05-2009 12:39 PM

I'm one of those June Cleaver types. I even make my own bread, and pasta.
Rarely do we have anything from a box or can.
I think people think I am absolutely nuts because of it, but its healthier.

Ivvy 03-05-2009 12:42 PM

I make a lot of our stuff from scratch, and go to the butcher instead of buying meat prepackaged so I can get leaner cuts and whatnot. It is healthier to make your own stuff, and it isn't really that much more time consuming than the prepackaged stuff, plus it tastes better.

Thyme 03-05-2009 12:45 PM

Exactly! I am so glad I am not the only one who sees it that way.
I do have to admit though, I have one frozen food weakness.
You know those tostinos pizza rolls?
I find them quite addictive.
Its my brothers fault, he had to bring something to one of the family get togethers, and he brought those, and I went, "Ohhh, yum!"
Haha

Ivvy 03-05-2009 12:48 PM

lol Yes they are nummy....I sadly have a weakness for the gordons fishsticks...my fiance' likes them and I tried them one day and was like its good...wow I never would have thought... >.< SO now fishsticks get to live in my freezer for lazy days..lol

Thyme 03-05-2009 01:01 PM

I've only ever had home made fish cakes, never had a fish stick.
The way you talk about them though, it might be worth trying one.

I think its officially time to head back to bed, so this is my last post for this thread, until after I get a bit of sleep. 2 hours last night, just isn't quite enough.

Ivvy 03-05-2009 01:05 PM

Ahh no it is not enough! Go get some rest I will see you when you get back!

Thyme 03-06-2009 04:43 PM

Added to my shop stock!
Hope you all find something that strikes your fancy.

[L]ove[H]ate 03-06-2009 04:45 PM

Can I buy the three march 09 sets you have?

Thyme 03-06-2009 04:47 PM

Umm, *falls over* Yes!
Thank you! I will be happy to sell them to you.
That will put me close to my head wings! Hooray!
I'll set up the trade now.

Ivvy 03-06-2009 04:49 PM

Hello Thymikins how are you today?

Thyme 03-06-2009 04:50 PM

Iccy : I am super happy right this second!
I might finish this outfit today! Hooray!

[L]ove[H]ate 03-06-2009 04:52 PM
