I'm getting better too. I'll just randomly come into someone's thread now and start a conversation or just join in their convo. Some people just start talking, some are like "Um. Hi?" and others simply ignore me. Probably because it freaks them out a little that I just randomly pop in. XD So if that's the case, usually I just keep popping up randomly until they talk. :lol:

That's cool that you've subscribed to the thread! I don't have many subscribers, just a few that may want to check for an item here and there. I'm glad to have another friend to chat with in my thread, makes the wait less boring and keeps things interesting. :)

lawl Well, I think there's less of a thing in Mene where people will ignore you if you post something directly quoting another person. That's the cool thing. There's some cliques for sure, but on the whole, everyone at least has seen every other person. There's people on other threads that I don't know that well. But I like to think I know most of the current active exchangers. ^^

XD But you're right, compared to the people who hang in the exchange now, the 03ers and 04ers are very similar. I can't remember why I didn't really like you in 04, but it's all good. Gaia's staff and Mene's staff are so different. Gaia's staff have always kept to themselves whereas Mene staff like to mingle. That's probably a large contributing factor too. XD
Yeah, Gaia doesn't seem to care about their overwhelming population and obvious lack of staff. Plus it seems like they're mostly attracting teens who have less relatively less spending power. o w o

Wow, Gaia really is moochers galore. And wtf at your RL friend choosing pixels over friendship!! Which announcement? The one which tells us to be nicer with newbies who break rules? Yeah, I've seen some people got psycho on newbs who break rules. ^^;

Winter Rose thing: Yeah I was bitching about it before. >.> I put in a few Roses in the Vend to sell them and boom, instant flood of PM's Profile messages and even trades/friend requests with messages asking me to donate. -_-; I replied saying no to some and they said "BUT UR STINKN RICH" - fuck them. x.x

And the concentrating thing totally makes sense, I'm glad you've found something to focus on outside of the comp. :3

Yup! I love Century Gothic. XD My default used to be size 11 font when Mene was still operating on phpbb, but when Mene switched over to vbulletin, I felt like size 1 was too small and size 2 too big. D: Then I realised we could use other fonts. XD;
