Speaking of random, where the heck is Musa!? @Branny - haha Yeah, I thought they were pretty too. And they were very seldomly on sale. Plus the problem was that there were -certain people- that I knew were doing hoarding for selfish, illegal reasons. Turns out he got banned. XD And as I told others, the other reason I left is because of another guy who I knew was just sucking up to become a mod for the power of it. And he became a mod and lo and behold he abused the power. :/ I have a good radar for those things. Your friend must have been a really really really good friend to do that for you. o_O Or wait, you mean you gave her money IRL and then she paid with the credit card? Really? Eh. I would have thought people to have more sense than that to allow those kinds of people to be mods. I mean, a working knowledge and a willingness to help is one thing. But there are people who you can SEE just aren't cut out to be mods. Typically the saying goes that those who crave power generally don't deserve it. That's true I think in many ways. Best mods are ones that get an invite unexpectedly I think. So long as they have the time anyway to mod - no worse mod than one that can't be on. Wow that's neat of her to do for you, bet those surprises were cool! But that's what you get for staying active and thinking about Mene and keeping ties to it, so I don't see why you don't deserve it. *nod* So long as people don't flaunt items around as if it makes them better, I say more power to em. :) Sadly, on Gaia there's way too much flaunting, and way too much bragging about how people are so "smart" to get certain things. It doesn't take smarts. It just takes a lot of time. :/ Eh. People need to be realistic.
