That was our philosophy too before the latest round of dental work. Mine wasn't a big deal, but my husband's was. xD So he ate sushi beforehand.

@Dissy - lol Like I said, if you don't get his, I'll probably sell you my Clover Pin and try to get the Green one.
But I know that yours is the best offer on the exchange for a Gold Clover Pin. It would be foolish of him not to take it. Either way though, I'd like to make an offer on that pin. The problem is Rhythm and Bartuc both have offers up on it. Making it a bid war wouldn't be good for any of us. Though I already gave Rhythm support and didn't bid against her in the Crown auction so I don't know if I should take that into consideration or not. |

Alexi, if you want the Green Pin, you really should offer on it. I know you don't want to bid against your friends, but when rare items come up, they are in short supply. It's no one's fault and everyone deserves the same chance at them. <3

It carried over from Gaia I suppose. I just wish they had avatar contests on here like they did there. I might actually give people a run for their money. The only bad thing about having them on here is the fact of some being friend votes, making the other persons chances slim to none. |

*nod* Agreed. I wouldn't worry about it. You try to offer deals when you can, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't get a rare you're after when the opportunity arises.

I suppose so, I don't think it was an item that people told me specifically that they really really wanted, I think people are trying to buy it just because it's a big item. x.x If I didn't think that was the case, I wouldn't bid on it. Like I know the gold one is important to you so I'm not going after it.
