But I like small classes! Having 40 students in one place is just counter-productive and ultra-stressing ;-;

I hate huge classes and super small classes. xD
20 people is about right for me, or a little more. >u<

Well, I feel very confortable in my class with 6 other people :3

But I can see how it could be unconfortable... I have a friend that failed the year so his parents sent him back to Galapagos Islands where he's from... and he's 50% of the total amount of students in his class xD

Not really. I feel a group of 20 is an okay group. But FORTY IN A CLASSROOM is bound to have a decent scissor and paper airplanes population. And a flying sandwich. And the uber-epic paper airplane made from an exposition-sized sheet of paper. Imagine the shock of going from utter chaos to teachers revolving around him, sheesh poor guy, he's gonna miss us~ xD

40 or + is a bit much. >n< I personally won't be able to concentrate in such a sized-class. xD

30 is alright too~ I think my current class for English has about 30 - 32 people in it. ^^;
I don't really mind.

But then, it's ultra-demanding for teachers. Like, in my class we're so many people usually teachers will just penalize the whole classroom for any anonymous deed against the rules. Last year, someone started cutting the straps from the backpacks so that when someone wanted to hung them over their shoulder it would fall, and they wouldn't be able to tie them. Nobody knew who it was, so the teacher took everyone's scissors.

... and I was the first one whose backpack was examined for scissors.

... and I happened to have two.

... and everyone went "Uhhhhhh~" on me :rofl:

I was saved by my clean discipline record, but that day, the teacher got around 15 scissors of all colours and sizes and locked them in his locker. Poor guy~ :insane:

I remember having some really misbehaved classmates in elemantary / jr high / snr high school. O:

And a lot of them weren't really afraid of getting detention or a phone call home either... XDD

Some of them went as far as swearing to the teachers face in front of the whole class. o.o;;;

One of my friends jacked off in class... I'm still in a quest for the ultimate brain bleach u.u'''

The classroom beside me got the projector cable cut twice last year, and my sister's classroom [which is known for holding most of the infamously misbehaving children... she being the exception to the rule] had a kid who spitted into a girl's parfum bottle and put it back into her bag. And that was the last of a long line of offenses before he got expelled xD Two other kids from her classroom got expelled too around the same time... *sigh* kids. :roll:
