I was home alone earlier and it started raining. While, the rain got heavier and heavier and then it started to hail. I remembered the sheep and cows we have out in our field, with no shelter. I ran out in the hail (without a coat, so I have red marks on me now) untied the sheep and BROUGHT HIM INTO THE HOUSE. :XD We don't have any other shelter for him right now, and I felt bad that he was being pelted with ice.

My father and stepmother arrived home and got mad at me. I still waited til it stoped hailing to take the sheep back out. I would have brought in the cows too if I could have. >_____> But we have about ten of them. Poor cows. ; O;

Cows have thicker skin than sheep though, right? and I believe sheep have just been freshly sheared so have no wooly protection! D':

It was about 1/4" thick. It hurt me, for sure. And it put a little nic in the windsheild of my stepmothers van. The sheep hasn't been sheared, but still...I felt bad for it. I don't know how thick the skin is on cows, but I felt bad for them, too. They all hudled together next to the fence. I kept wishing it would stop hailing, but it went on for about thirty minutes before it just started raining again.

I've never experienced hail, but running between buildings while it was sleeting stung a bit. The guys had it worse though. Most of them didn't have long ish hair to protect the ears and neck.

The poor car. D: Will your insurance cover it, or will you just pay for a fix out of pocket? Usually that's cheaper. xD The nick in the windshield. :ninja: If you don't fix it, the whole thing can die.
