I am lost like a person trying to find a needle in a hay stack. That is how lost I am. I would love advice from the most knowledgeable.

I'm not THAT knowledgeable but I do know a basic feel of what the place is like.

First off...

When you're there, do not ever be intimidated by the page views. Or how many people watch/friend people on that place. There are so many artists who are wonderful and all but don't get as much attention. You just have to know how to find them. Such a pity I tell you! D8

And when you do post art... Don't be too critical of yourself. Though it would help to know what you're exactly doing. But it's fun since they have such categorizations. It's kind of confusing so go read their descriptions and see which one fits the most.

When you're there it helps to actually waddle and join the crowd. Try to get to know other artists who are also into the stuff you like. Or ask around who among your friend are already there. It helps to join clubs though sometimes when they get too overcrowded, it can get problematic. But anyway, socializing = WIN.

I was like... Oh dear such an amazing photographer, fave fave fave... Then I braved to comment, he actually replied! o: Some don't... some do. Regardless you should comment anyway.

It also helps to try to get to know to the artist themselves than just admire them for their art. Bonds of friendship can also be forged over there if you really go for it. Don't be scared. :D
