Um well I don't believe in ghosts in the conventional sense...I believe we leave a plasma imprint everywhere we go, and in timed of turnmoil or extreme stress that imprint is stronger that can show up if it gets caught in an electromagnetic field. Of course the building being on a limestone base adds to that.
