hm; caramel is melted sugar isn't it? heard it's not that easy because sugar burns easiely

Yeah, sugar burns incredibly easy. XD You have to melt sugar over low heat and then slowly add in hot water, or something like that. XD And stir stir stir! *o*

I thought about using a water bath to melt the sugar but I don't think it works the same way. You want to melt the sugar and thicken it but I don't think using a water bath will do the trick. D8

I just heard from a friend that the waterbath isn't hot enough; you need more then 100°C and you can't reach that with a water bath .__.
Well; I haven't done it yet but I will after I watched 'the simpson' XD

Oh yeah; it was realy nice there; but as I said I feel like am burned @[email protected] it was very hot.
