@ Kirsch: Oh, you have to take lessons! *o* We start off by reading a handbook in our own time, and then we take a multiple choice test to get our license. The test is REALLY easy and they give you the answers anyway so you can just memorise them. XD

I personally know some nice artists and know of some nice artists, but none of them are taking commissions or anything. D; I'm actually pretty clueless. XD
