Well that depends if you lose weight fast or not.
But whenever my sister wants to lose weight (not me, I'm underweight. >.< ) she just sports alot, eats healthy food and maybe follow a diet when she's serious.

But a month is a long time, so I'm sure you can lose those lbs. <3

• This was my font on Magivolve, with the List and my first letter bolded. But it's alot of work to do that all day, so I dropped it after 6 months. xD

I'm not sure how to loose weight, I'm also underweight .... I got one of those lucky metabilisms that just don't stop lol I lost 2lbs in two weeks and I'm down to 98.5lbs and I'm 21!! Lmfao *sigh* I actually want to gain a few pounds or so lol.

@ Shrangrala: Aw I love seafood. :D Fish is probably my least favourite though. xD

@ Kira: Drink lots of water, do at least 30 minutes of cardiovascular activity each day, don't eat junk food (try fruit instead) and eat smaller portions at meal times. ^^

I got it from a friend on Gaia, he did that back in '04, and it popped up in my head. =3
I thought it looked nice, and if I would do it here on Mene, it'd get me about 1g extra each post.
