I'm sure there are people who had DNS problem themselves but im glad that im back D8;; *ish too addicted to menewsha* =.=;;

use shape tool or the circle marquee tool @[email protected];; then fill in the colors after making a shape of the blob, and then use blending layer option and stroke it xD;; as for eyes and mouth, you'll needa play around with the shapes, by choping some piece off and merge visible and free transform it for the mouth ^^;; the eyes is just another form of shape and the shine around it, use the dodge tool *0*;; lols

in short, you'll just have to play around with the shapes till you succeed making it look nice ^^;; lols

actually back when i was in gaia i wanted to make a breedable too xDDD
