Kimmee~ most people here take subway or train lol. SO many people dont have cars. I take a train or motorcycle :/. Car is too expensive and the trains are faster and more direct xD. ANd I get to walk to the station! =D

the train station in NYC is old, stinky, and very dirty Dx once in a while but rarely now, you'll even see a homeless bum sleeping there ;_____; *hates being in NYC*

I want to go to Kyoto and NYC!

Public transport in Australia is sucky, but a lot of people take it. ;-; Public transport in parts of Asia (like HK and Japan) is sooo good. *__* It's quick, and if you miss a train it doesn't matter because there'll be another a few minutes after. :o Over here, if you miss a train then you might have to wait half an hour for another one. :x

I went there as part of our 8th grade east coast trip and it was funnn.
so different from cali ><

where i live if you take the bus and have 30 min to get somewhere youll be around an hour and a half late XD public transit here is for the birds. I suffer with outragous gas prices just to have my own car >.<

NYC is no big deal to me, seeing as I live 40 minutes away. xD Although, it is quite awesome the first time you go. There's the Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty, YANKEE STADIUM xD, Broadway, Rocafella Center, Wall Street, Time Square, and many other sites to see. =)

I only live near Chicago, and it's boring. I told the guy I'm dating I've never seen the ocean, so now he wants to take me on a road trip down to Texas (where he's from) and show me :shock:

Kimmee~ the trains get crowded..but I use to live in a district nem Takadanobaba near Shinjuku in Tokyo (near core of downtown). The last train on a Friday night is CRAZY @_o..they have men in uniform push people in XD;;..but Kyoto its not like that..also, in Tokyo its only rush hour.

its a huge difference from the laid back california n-n

oh I see. well we went to tokyo too, and a bunch of the other cities, cause my mom works for the navy and we went over there as part of her business trip and stayed for 2 months, so yeah, lotsa time. xD

..... :/ thats not an ocean thats the gulf....and its meh XD sorry. atlantic ocean is ok...i prefer fresh water myself tho, so i tend to not swim in the water here XD
