well alot of political chit chat, adn later on they went another way, showing up at the grammy awards (or what the american music price is) was to me the biggest let down, they went against everything they have ever said acording to me, and over all i dont liek their music for the last two records.
I would still ahve wanted to see them live though -_-;;

- Oh. o: How was them going to the grammy awards a let down? They said they wouldn't do it?
I rarely follow bands outside their music, if it's good I listen to it and if it's not I don't. xD Otherwise it feels like I'll get biased towards the music and miss out on stuff because of that. x_x

and yes i know your not suposed to judge a band bye the use of drugs or what they say in the media (damn i know that more than anyone thank you Axl) but sometimes i jsut cant ignore stuff -_-;;

well mostly in the older days of SOAD they were against all that stuff, awards made bye well, not teh epople i guess, and well against the hole corparet machine. It was a bigger deal back then. Now itäs just one of thoose things that dont make me love soad as much as i used to.

- Yeah I know it can be hard, which is why I try to avoid reading about bands and shizzle completely, because it will usually sit in the back of the head and each time you hear a song from them you get reminded of it, etc. x_x;;
