I've been great. My boyfriend and I just bought a house so we've been working on getting it fixed up for the most part. I've been pretty busy at work too. Staff stuff is good. I'm running the Giving Back auctions now, since Aeris stepped down. It keeps me on my toes. XD

Kongouseki ~ Ya.. I wouldn't be able to give it up if it were the only one I had, but that's just me. If you never use it and would rather have a variety of other item you would use instead then maybe it would be worth it...? It's a tough choice. At least it's worth a lot more than 250g now. ^^

Chu ~ Hehe. It's a nice house, it's about 60 years old, ranch style house. One story, two bedroom, one bathroom.. a living room/dining room combo and an extra laundry room. It has a basement too which is nice. That's what we're working on right now.. It's really in good condition considering how old it is. But it needs a little updating in my opinion. :yes:
