Aside from that, though, how are you doing?

Oh, I don't know. I'm just kind of flustered. This thing has kind of consumed my thoughts for more than 24 hours now. I just drove out to a college fair at my school and left after 20 minutes. I just can't concentrate.

I found out that he is okay though. He is being watched and everything. I didn't ask anything else. I just hung up. An old friend of mine was threatening to commit suicide yesterday. I couldn't get out there to help. He is at a college 5 hours away. My friend and I called (Mostly her) the campus police. He is fine now. They just never called. It will all be fine. I got all my school work done today. I didn't think I would. I was up all last night, just talking to my friend and Aaron and police. I'll try and find out more tomorrow.

Well, I'm done venting now. I need to find another topic to talk about. Ooo. I scored a goal in gym today. I'm not very good at soccer so I was ridiculously excited and shocked.

I know what that's like... Trust me, I do... *hug*

Anyway.
Soccer looks kind of fun. ^^ Except I'm horribly out of shape, and I would never be so cruel as to subject my mom to being a soccer mom. XD

I was only playing soccer in gym. I haven't played on a team since like elementary school. I don't have any real talent for it. I'm pretty out of shape myself. I used to do cross country, cheerleading, and track. I just kind of fell out of a lot of activities last year. Do you play any sports?

No. I'm homeschooled, so I pretty much can't. Plus, I get out of breath sooooo easy.
I'd like to learn to fence, though. It looks fun. ^^

Have you ever gotten much dental work? Yesterday I had to get spacerss in. They're these little rubber pieces they stuck between my teeth. At first I was like "This isn't so bad. :D"
Now I can't touch my teeth together because it hurts so bad. XD Man, and I have to wear these for a week...

I remember spacers. I had various forms of orthodonture in my mouth from age nine to sixteen. Well, I actually have a permanent retainer on my lower teeth and I'm supposed to be wearing a top retainer at nights... I had a pallet expander and top and bottom braces. My teeth were straight, but my jaw was just small and "concave." It took a long time to fix, but now I can eat things properly and touch my teeth together! xD

I hope that it turns out well for you. I hated having things done to my teeth. Are you getting braces?

I have a tiny mouth too. The only way the dentist could work in my mouth was to have my mouth AS WIDE as it would go. Which made it ache SO BAD for DAYS.
Yeah, I'm getting braces next week, I believe. I have to have them in for 30 months. By the time I get them off, I'll be 18! XD Oh well. I hope my teeth stay good after all this work!

Aww. 30 months is pretty long. Just hope that it doesn't become longer. I was told I'd have braces for 2 years and it ended up taking five... @[email protected]

A pallet expander is this metal thing that goes along the roof of your mouth. It is fastened with metal loops around two teeth on each side of your mouth. Every night, you take this little metal tool and crank it around the center of the expander to push your teeth out farther. I was like nine or ten when I had mine so my parents always turned mine. It really hurt. I'm probably explaining this badly. You should ask an orthodontist if you want a real explanation. xD

I got my braces on today, btw. ^^
Well, only on the top. I have such a huge overbite that they can't put my lower braces on yet for a bit, because they'd destroy the back of my front teeth. I get the bottoms on around January.

Not that bad. The lady who put them on said they'll probably start to hurt tomorrow.
Right now the only problem is that they're sort of scratching against my lips and cheeks. I'm not bleeding, but it's uncomfortable and makes talking difficult.

Yeah. I used to hate that. Did they give you that dental wax stuff?

I'm doing all right. I'm kind of tired though and it's not even 8:30...hehe
