The event did seem a bit difficult to earn items. There seems to be a huge demand for them surprisingly soon to the end of the event.

and as for the heads, that was the only time i saw channah handing out shrunken heads. and maybe in the future, she will give them out again im not too sure. but as for now, they are pretty rare. XD and i think its worth will rise. unless NPCs give them out randomly or something. >.>;
