Yeah... When I was 8, my mom threatened to throw me out the house where I lived, so since then I had to start getting my own money because she would always complain to me.
So since then I've been working and since then I've practically been an adult. I missed out on a lot of my childhood. |

When I was 8, I refused to speak in public, so getting work would've been very hard. That and I was still the size of an average 5 year old .__. @Cutie: Yeah :3 Katie's a good kid, the only issue is that it's hard to understand her 'cause she has some speech problems. |
Things happen in life, and you can't change them so I never bothered complaining about things. Instead I took control of my own life and now I am successful and happy about it.

I've always had to be reliant on others since I was very sickly until I was about thirteen or so, so even if I wanted to, I couldn't really do much about what happened. @Cutie: Yeah >< I don't think any less of her, but I just hate that I can't understand her since whenever she talks, I have to do the generic "yeah" or "uh-huh" answers, and it tears me to pieces since I used to have speech-issues too x.x Makes me wonder if people had to do that to me too. |

Yeah. I didn't know how easy life was until I woke up to reality when I was 8.
I don't understand how people have so many problems getting their life together. It's not that hard if you're just willing to take the time to do things the right way. |

@Tyge: Well, probably a main issue is breaking habits. Though, I've never had to put my life together like others have, so I wouldn't know o.o

Breaking habits isn't hard at all, all you have to do is stop doing what ever you're doing.
One of the hardest things to quit is Cigarettes, and I used to smoke them, I stopped and I didn't have a problem at all. |

@Tyge: Well, people might have not found the right approach for themselves, and it might not be as simple as just stopping for them. Their habit might be some attempt to ignore some other event, or compensate for it, or something like that. I guess it's different for each person. |

That's all the weak minded people.
People like that can't handle this world and it's cruelty, they are so caught up with their own lives that they don't see the bigger picture. People are basically selfish. They only think about their selves in the long run and they don't think about the effects that will happen to the world and other people that supposedly "care" about. Life is such a hard thing to live and if you can't get over things, then you can't live life. |

@Cutie: Well, my speech problem was 'cause when I was about two, my mouth got smashed in, and I lost my teeth, so I had to learn how to speak without my front teeth ;x That and my mouth got realigned in the smashing process.
I'm fine with whatever hardships I faced as a child; for the most part, I don't remember them. @Tyge: I realize that, however I can't help but feel a bit different about it, since both of my parents smoke, and my dad has done a bit beyond that n__n;; They're trying to quit, but stress can effect their progress. |

@Cutie: Well, even up to age ten, my memory is very hazy. And yeah, from what I've gathered, it was. Even to this day, I have issues making the "J" and "ch" sound, and my "s" and "th" get slipped up from time to time.
