But I'll go ahead and tell you, so that you don't have to pretty much restate the question.

Well, aside from childhood issues of him leaving my mother for my now ex-stepmom and getting caught with weed, thus getting thrown out of medical school, he claimed he turned over a new leaf (around when I was 10), kept telling my sister she could move in with him (something she'd wanted to do for ages), and then he proceeded to tell my sister he never said that, pretty much giving her depression and she ended up self-harming, and furthermore, he stole over $1,000 dollars from me (that I earned, mind you).
That and he never pays child support, he hasn't gotten me health care like a court order said, etc.

Plus a plethora of other other little things I can't remember.

@Yi: Oh, Mommie's fine. She became a teacher after he left, and is a lot happier, according to her (I wouldn't know, I was two xD)

Our only issue is that we're not living as well as we could, since he doesn't pay child support.
When he does, it's pretty much like Christmas :lol:
