I don't play MMORPGs but at some point was friends with someone who was---so I 'copied' their terms. Too much talking to them makes you bring something from the convos on your person.

I remember I always had to explain way back on Mene what OTL meant.

I think that was from someone who knew someone who played on Ragnarok and spread it amongst us cosplayers/convention people. xD

Meh. Folks keep telling me I'm old since at my age they were already working and tiring their bones out while here I am still going to school, taking up MA and stuff. For them I live a 'pointless life'. Old and useless.

Apparently people's life expectancy in Sierra Leone is up to 30 years of age. We joked that our teacher who is 40+ must be a village elder. Then our other teacher who is nearing 60 must be a deity. I know not really a joking matter since it means people don't have a good life there since they die out quickly but I was forced to take a class with a bunch of idiots so it kind of rubbed off on me too. @[email protected]

Thing is, I spent 6 years in college when the typical time is four. I messed up my last year and had to extend by 2. They're so mad about it. >.>

Then post that they're like so... take up law. I didn't want to because I wanted to take up HRM/Culinary Arts/Advertising. I ended up in neither since I'm taking up MA in SPED specializing in Learning Disabilities. : /

I technically got bullied into it. Sad though. Culinary arts takes 6 months to a year. SPED is three years but.

That's what I'm half doing.

I still find it a waste of time/money taking a course to get a good paying job so I can get what I want because they won't support what I want so are forcing me to take something else. XD

It is kind of pointless to go the roundabout way to get what you want.. But atleast you ARE getting what you want. 8D some people never do.

The three year MA I'm taking is cheaper than my 6 months/one year course of choice. It's vocational methinks.

I wanted to take a normal four year course frankly. I wanted to make up for my wasted years in college and do everything I wanted to do then because I messed up royally for being depressed and insecure and...lost. Now I feel sure, I feel so much at a loss. T_T And IDK. Taking up another four year course just seems so...expensive. I really wanted to make up for my losses back in Polsci. Worse years of my life.

If you've finally found what you want to do, then go for it. Even if it costs a bit of money. You can still pay that off later even if it is a lot, but the reward shuldn't be the money but what you're doing. If you continue doing things you don't want, you may find yourself lost/depressed/insecure again. u_u

Yeah. ._. I'm finding the whole MA thing unexciting and boring but meh~ Means to an end I suppose. I wonder though~ Will I spend my life teaching or will I end up cooking and opening a cafe like I always dream of?

We'll see. Maybe both. xD
