Thank you. ^-^ As I was just saying in her thread, I changed a bunch of settings just before doing hers. The outline is half the size, for example. I still can't seem to manage to draw a straight line on the computer though. <<,,

You could try a line tool. or use grids?

You'll get used to it with practice. I can see how it would be difficult on such a smooth surface though.

I think I just need a higher quality art program. XD Illustrator, for example, would create smoother lines.

It's a free drawing program you can download online. It's like photoshop. You get layer options different tool options, etc. It's just not as pretty and it doesn't have all the feature. =P
I have PS CS3 and tried out GIMP, it worked well enough. I can get you a link for it if you'd like. ^_^ |

I'm not sure I've ever used oekaki.
I want to ask around and find out what the really good artists use. Clearly, there's more to art than having a good program (though I like to blame all of my artistic difficulties on not owning the right equipment), but it must help. |
