Job hunting sounds so scary ><;;
@xuv: Cool, I always miss spending time with my cousins. What sort of anime's are you watching? I should continue to watch some anime's that I started a few months back, there should be quite a few new episodes out by now. |
Minuxexe~ I was watching God Save our King, Special A, and La Corda. XD all full with handsome pretty boys~ *giggles*
Camimi... you don't have a job?! O__O |
Minuxe: Not particularly fun, no, but only occasionally scary. Like when I look at my credit card bill. Which I try to avoid doing.
Meavey: Not right at this moment, no. I just had my third interview in as many weeks, so hopefully I'll have something soon. |
I really want to see that show now! *Tries to figure it into her semi-busy weekend of studying.* Ooowah! I need a longer weekend... >> Can you stretch weekends by chance Cami? With your super positioning of time and space through speech and thought. : DD?
Why doesn't Cami have a job? Did it run away? |
I just graduated in december. I had a job at school and a couple of internships, but not like a real job. And right now it's really difficult to find a real job due to the economy.
/makes changes to time and space/ |
Congratulations on graduating! What major were you in? If I may ask.
Yeah, I hope the economy goes back to some semblance on what it was before. I don't want recessions and them other evil money loosing things. TT A TT Yeay! Extra time! *Zooms off to do stuffs* C : |
Publishing and writing. I do publishing. And writing.
|
That sounds neat. What sort of writing do you do? Story? Journal?
Sorry again for replying late; School's really piling up now and I hate it! How's thejob hunt going? |
It's give and take. Today I got an email offering me a second interview for one job, and another e-mail telling me I didn't get a job I previously interviewed for.
I'm not doing nearly enough writing right now. I've previously written a few unpublished books, and intend to eventually publish a book. Auctions are open again. |
Eesu is confused. o wo? Your title says you're auctioning Raven Headwings, yet your Auction post says Dove Headwings. :3?
|
Sorry! My failure.
It is Raven headwings that I'm auctioning off. I just forgot to change it in the Auction post. |
Hmm, well that second job doesn't deserve yo, the first just wants to make sure you're perfect for the job, which you are, but they just don't know that yet.
Cool! I'll so buy your book when you publish one. ^^ Curiosities sake: What sort of genre do you normally write? << >> I is bid 1000g. XP All my gold is going to you! I must play more games! *Runs off to the arcade between studying* |
@ Cami - Aah, okay. x3 No worries.
Good luck with your auction! :D @ Kara - Mm, procrastination. XD |
Eesu: Thank you. ^-^ I be sketching you.
Karayna: Yay! My first bid. XD I tend to write young adult fantasy. It's a happening genre. |
:eager: Yayy!
I'm reading One Hundred Years of Solitude. That's sort of fantasy.. >.> If you count magic realism. xD |
Eesu ~ Procrastinating is the best part of actually doing homework in my opinion. C :
One Hundred Years of Solitude sounds like an interesting title. What's the basic storyline? If you don't mind typing it out. X P Cami ~ I like bidding, even if it costs me money. : D You're right, that is a very now genre. One I happen to enjoy reading very often. Publish your book so that may or may not be written yet so that I may read it! >: O |
I'm glad someone likes bidding. XD
Eesu sketch! http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...tches/Eesu.jpg Eesu: I like magical realism. Most realistic stuff I write tends to get at least a bit of a fantastical edge. (Like the girl who believes she can make it rain--never fully explained if that's just in her mind or if it's true). |
@ Kara - If that made sense to me, I'd agree. XDD Too lazy to make sense of it 'cause my head hurts a little bit. xD
I've been told a lot that it's a good book. My friend gets a lot of attention from strangers telling her it's a good book when she takes it out to read. xD My English teacher said it's one of the greatest books in the last 20th century or something to that effect. Anyway, the centers around this one family in a fictional village in Colombia. And...yeah. A lot of stuff happens. I think it's interesting to people because of all the sex, incest, confusing names and yeah... xD It's not explicit, so if you're worried about that... @ Cami - Ooh, thanks! :33 Your lines are clean. o.o Well, that's just what magic realism is, right? XD Stuff happens and it's no big deal. The magic realism in 100 Years doesn't have any explanation either. xD |
I feel like I've read that book, but I really can't remember. <<,, I may be making it up.
Eesu: I'm experimenting. I actually did a rough sketch in Photoshop, which allows me more freedom of movement, then went over the lines in Illustrator, which has cleaner looking lines. |
