I honestly think you should put everything up with a notice that you're going to stop the sales once you reach the pure you need.

There's also the whole "sell the cheaper items for under market value" method, but I wouldn't do that unless you're in a deep crunch. :/

I'd rather not sell lower than I can get, just 'cause it's a waste of resources.

I worry if I put up everything, I'll get an offer on just the most expensive things, and I need those for further quests.

I remember when I made a video in undergrad. I worked so hard to time everything out perfectly, and then I added music and it drowned out my whole speech. It was horrible.
