I make fried rice a lot, but not so much other kinds of Chinese food. I have made Lo Mein and Egg drop soup in the past, but those require more planning. /ponders making egg drop soup this week/

I always take veggies (usually onions, carrots, peas and garlic), fry them a bit, then add in rice, some soy sauce, and scrambled egg (scrambled with a little sesame oil).

Now I want that. ;-;

Trig was easy, but I've forgotten most of what I"ve learned.
Andd it's really time consuming to use google per problem.

I never took Trig.

I had an excellent teacher during Grades 7 and 8. And I mean excellent. He somehow just... made Algebra easy. My friend and I won 1st and 2nd places in a state-wide math meet against tons of other kids because of how well he taught us.

When I went to high school the quality of teaching just went way down. I don't know if it was just because I wasn't used to her style compared to what I'd been taught, but bleh. :/ I sucked, hardcore. I only made it through Algebra II because of what my grade school teacher taught me. He'd given me a headstart and I just ended up doing it on my own.

I suffered through Geometry and then after that I didn't bother with Trig or Calc. I didn't need them to graduate, and I don't need them for my area of study (thank goodness; I'd be crying otherwise). >>;

I did have to work my way through Statistics, because it's a core requirement for all. I don't even want to get into how horrible that was. I'd literally do an exam and go to bed promptly thereafter because I felt so stupid.

My middle school alg1 teacher was AMAZING.

...but after that I had awfulteachers.

Then my precalc teacher had chemo in the first semester, so we had a crapass teacher.
But then she came back, and that's why I know trig so well. <3
