Today was a basic meeting to check on the anxiety, which has confirmedly worsened, but I still have a healthy enough grip on I don't need meds. But my stomach has reached critical mass. D:

I have to see two cancer specialists, an ultrasound for ovarian cysts, ulcer, and whatever else is hiding in there, a heart appointment (I had an attack yesterday and couldn't regulate my pulse for two hours, or breath, so yeah... Time to make sure the disease hasn't gotten worse.) a stomach specialist, an allergist, and the gyno.[ ANd possibly a specialist for my alarmingly dangerous insomnia.

Cryssu: :petpet: You probably need to be seeing a counselor and taking a small dose of meds even if you have decent control over the anxiety. .. At least personal opinion. The combo of meds and counseling is the most effective way of handling it. Watched mom do it when I was young.

S'matter with the tummy that they make you see freakin' cancer specialists? D8 Ulcers are one thing, but still... and ovarian cysts? Too many specialists I'm assuming just to figure out what's wrong? Eew on gyno.. I have that appointment tomorrow. -_-;

Maybe so. My anxiety has been doing decently. She was saying it worsened in the sense I used to love going out alone and going to school, now I won't leave the house at all, and never alone. Start panic attacking.

BUT! Today I went out by myself. And even spoke to strangers without hyperventilating, rather was laughing as I confessed in the waiting room that I was 21 next month, and they all began lamenting about wanting to be 21 again. So I feel really proud of myself.

And nuh, dear, the cancer is unrelated. Both of my grandmother's had breast cancer, every woman in my family had cervical, and my cysts are leaning towards ovarian. I already have the first stages of cervical cancer, so we're just going to see how far along it is. To my fear and dismay. ^^;

I've been tested for ulcers before and no results, but mom has one now, and my symptoms have become identical, so better safe than sorry.

Also, I found out... There's things I've had for YEARS UPON YEARS that I assumed the body did naturally. She asked me today if it ever happened, I said basically every day, and that I assumed it was normal. She said it definitely -wasn't- and they'd need to look into it asap/wished she'd asked sooner. Yay. XD

Ah, I suppose so on the ulcers. That happened when we found out I have IBS and mom followed suit to the gastroenterologist to find the same, just not as severe.

Things like what? :brows furrow: What sort of things would you think the body does naturally that it doesn't? Isn't that a bit hard?

Ugh, they do suck. -_-; All I can say is just try to relax and breathe? It's freakin' awkward no matter which way. I at least have a female doctor though.

Last night my parents were screaming so badly I was positive the police would be called. Unfortunately it got my blood pressure and pulse/breathing to dangerous levels after. -_-; So yeah. Just glad I didn't start coughing up the blood again.

I'm not sure what it is, actually? I know mom wants me to get the needle for HPV though, but I suspect it's too late.

*nods* I got IBS a year after the gastritis and acid reflux were diagnosed, and mom got the IBS after that, and a few months later and ulcer, so. XD;;

And ha, thanks. My old computer pretty much kicked the bucket. The casing was crap, lasted a year and a half longer than anticipated, my motherboard died in the space of a day of being off somehow, one stick of my RAM fried somehow and my master drive for some reason refuses to boot up and makes weird clicking noises. I really don't know what happened. I got a new video card on Christmas so I shut it off, installed it but had to go to my boyfriend's place and the next day when I was home and went to boot it up... nothing. :shrugs with a sigh:

So now I've got a new casing, a new motherboard with SATA and IDE interfaces for any upgrading I want to do in the future, a new master drive, a new burner that's apparently top of the line (fuck yes <3) and 2G of RAM, which was the quick upgrade I was going to do on my own as a temporary fix. Only drawback is my master drive is only 40G instead of 80G, but I can live with that. Once the pc warms up (it was outside in the car for several hours while I went to see The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, which is freaking amazing) I'll hook it up and see how she runs. ^^
