In a way. I've always been considered a member of the family. It didn't matter if I was a kid or not. I had a part in everything - where we moved, what the names of my siblings are etc. For school, all that was expected was that I did my best. If I got a B after studying, that was ok.

That's not my family.
If I get a B+ even if I studied my ass off, it would always be, you didn't study enough.
Sometimes it gets so frustrating.
