It's too cold to go out for a run! Though it might be interesting to try. Always wanted to try that before when we went up to the vacation spots that were uber cool here. I have tried walking around not running and exercising stuff. You still end up sweating by a bit but it dries up quickly or you just don't sweat at all. Still your hearts gets a good pumping. XD I think? |
