i did an unplanned mini hiatus for a few edit: months really, from here, but i'm back again.
are you back or just planning on sticking around for a few days or so?

Thanks! No, not too much. It's just an older house so it needs some updating. We're working on replacing the floor in the bathroom right now.. We're putting tile in. It used to have linoleum. We're planning on doing the same thing in the kitchen too. We're taking the textured ceiling down and doing a lot of painting. I'll probably do more to it eventually but that'll be good enough to start us off I think.
