I get from July 3rd until the end of August. I can't tell you how stoked I am. I'll be able to catch up on all the offline things I've been missing due to being bogged down, plus I can get more productive stuff done here.

Nothing much special for dinner. I was going to make a curry or Mexican rice, but Cole wanted burgers. So that's what's thawing (hopefully thawed). :XD

Did you have the coconut-based curry? There are so many types I hear. I'm still ignorant on half of it. I think the Thai curries have the coconut milk base (yellow, red, green, Masaman), whereas Indian curry... I'm not sure. All I know is it's spicy. It's the latter I'd make. It's going to be an experiment!

I've made yellow curry before, but not from scratch. CurrySimple has some fairly cheap sauces that makes it so all you have to do is cook your meat and veggies and it's done. :)

Mmm, salad. I'm making salad to go along with the burgers too, but no shrimp alas.

It's a packaged sauce all ready to go. I've bought from there several times and I can safely say they're reputable. I did add a can of coconut milk to one package once, but I think it's because I added too many vegetables so it just lacked the curry flavor I was looking for. All the other experiences have been great though!
