She is apparently the only one that is really mad at me. I thought that all of my friends felt the same way... It was upsetting. I'm just having dinner at home with my dad, sister, and uncle. I actually already got to eat a Thanksgiving dinner with my mom's family this past weekend. hehe Are you doing anything special? |

Well, I have a couple of autistic cousins, one from each sister out of the three my grandmother gave birth to. One is high-functioning and the other is smart and very loving, but she can't speak well.
The high-functioning one is very angry and it's a coin toss whether or not she makes it through the family gathering without some explosion. u_u; The more dramatic things have stopped over the years (that didn't involve my cousin), but one year people ended up hit and two were crying in another room. >_>; Bless family. xD |

Last year it was okay. I had brought my husband for the first time, and it was the first time my autistic cousin had met him (the angry one). Years ago she was horribly jealous and possessive of me, and the first words my husband had heard from her mother were, "Have you met ----- yet? I should warn you, she's absolutely TERRIFIED of you."
Ended up being okay in the end, but either way you can imagine the tension for those few hours. xD |
