I actually can't wait. In a few days, I'll be over near Boston, visiting my uncle, aunt, and two cousins. One of the cousins was just recently born and we've never met.

However it means that I'll have more distractions... And I have to start school early to help freshmen accustom themselves to the new school.

What grade will you be going into? Hopefully the vacation won't be too distracting, or that you get most of your stuff done before then. A few days will hopefully give you enough time for most of it. :3

I'm not sure what group of people I'll end up working with. Hopefully 5 years from now I'll have my state license to counsel. I don't think I want to counsel children, but I won't know until I have practicum during grad school.

I'd want to be someone open to everyone, but I need to get my feet wet first. Dx

Lol counseling people would be bad for me too, the only peoples problems that I care about are mine and my families and friends lol.

My health teacher said I should be a psychiatrist or a therapy/ counseling person because I don't incredibly care for others and therefor won't get burned out and attached to my patients.

Ugh, with tests and college junk, I can't wait till senior year!! I won't have easy classes, but I won't have any state/ national mandatory tests!!

Burnout = bad. Plus one of the main hopes is that people learn not to take their work home with them. That's probably why I won't want anything to do with kids. But I also have the ability to turn myself off to things I don't want to experience, so here's hoping that applies. xD
