If you're asking whether the colors are pleasing, well, they are. Any colors that go together in nature are a good choice, anyways. :)

Personally, though, I always view angels/winged characters as very pale, where you've got your girl there pretty tan, but that's obviously just a personal preference and viewpoint.

Well, i plan on doing her wings very intricately; they'll have roses and vines intertwined in them. :3

I'm up...not necessarily awake though. I feel like I didn't get enough sleep. I can't wait for the coffee pot to finish brewing. :gonk:

I'm also wishing I woke up a little earlier...so I didn't feel as rushed. I love taking my time in the morning.

Speaking about freaky...No sooner did I get up to get my stuff around for a shower did the doorbell ring (at 7:15am this is unheard of) and I nearly crapped myself. First thought was that MIL's power went out and she needed a shower...but wait she'd be around at like 5am, and she has a key so she could let herself in if that was the case. Aaron answered it and was really formal 'yes sir' throughout the interaction, and I thought oh god who died then I thought wait a minute he doesn't look like it's that bad of news. He turns to me and says MIL's car broke down on the way to work. Oh jeez! I'm just glad that Aaron was here as it would of really thrown a wrench in the works! I'm also hoping that it's easily fixable as that's her only car and her boyfriend can't drive (he's constantly drunk, and finally got enough DUIs he can't without paying a ridiculous fine...) and he relies on her for EVERYTHING, and well I do rely for her to pick me up after class on days Aaron is working.

I have a feeling that she's going to need Aaron to drive her around today till she gets things sorted...if not longer. I'm probably not far off that if it's an expensive fix she's going to be without a car until she can come up with the money. I guess at least Aaron's laid off this week and next week...

It's been a rarity that I make something for breakfast that doesn't consist of something quick. I decided on oatmeal. Good fiber source, plus I've been so lax on soy milk that I just made it with soy milk instead of water. A little brown sugar, a dash of cinnamon, a dribble of vanilla extract, and some granny smith apple.

I cook it for 20 minutes (gluten-free oats take forever apparently), sit down, phone rings. I have no time to eat because I have to take a new set of clothes to the school. Go figure. :XD Sigh.

Oh jeez! The wonders of being a parent, huh? At least it wasn't anything too traumatic, right?

MIL is fine now. She was very rattled. We gave her a cup of coffee and Aaron offered her something to help calm her down. I finished getting ready while he called a tow truck and gave them the info and also called the shop where she had her tires replaced. She's hoping to get them to pay for it as the lug nuts were stripped and the tire actually came off her car!! I would of shit myself in horror if that happened...of course I have a natural fear of cars and driving.

As far as school - another quiz on tuesday for math, but I feel confident. Total refresher and as I've said I've been helping people understand it that I feel so confident about it. Just need to write another cheat sheet with formulas for figuring area and perimeter out for different shapes. Other than that I'm golden.

Need to churn out essay two's rough draft over the weekend, a worksheet and reading for psych and then 3.1 homework for math. Oh oh and my emergency health class starts monday! More classes in the mix equals fun right?

I'll ask him later. They wouldn't specify to either Mom or me, but just said it was normal. I don't really like that, but maybe they legally can only tell my sister.. if so, I'll respect it. I'll just ask him later so long as he's not embarrassed (if he is, I'll know what happened).

I have some homework I need to do this weekend, too. I don't think I'm gonna make it to class today. I'm really exhausted all of a sudden. I think I'm going to take out some steak and make something with red meat tonight. I usually get like this when it's been a while for me.

I'll give my nephew the option of an omelet (he loves them) or he can try the stir-fry. He'll usually try things, but again, he doesn't care for steak. XD
