Why do people keep making event threads. ;-; Now I have to go to these threads. Why couldn't you be more considerate of my needs?

It is, I don't see the point of making it so steep... nothing else was quite so steep.. in previous events.

I think the goal is to try to strike a balance, so the items are actually worth a bit once the event is over, but it's still a bit crazy.

Yeah, I suppose.. but why? They try to fight inflation not cause the items to go up in price right outside of the event.. ?
Especially when commons just can be bought with gold that will be replaced in time by selling extra EI's instead of trading in hearts.

I too wondered why the red packet exchange is so steep. I find it hard to believe that many would exchange that many hearts for a 100 gold equivalent trade. If they wanted to try and keep the event sets down, I wonder why the rate wasn't more appealing?

I loved Celes Paradi because there wasn't an overflow of EIs. The set is now worth what, 4.5k or so? Valentine's from last year is nowhere near that. :XD

M'ah well. I'll grab a couple sets anyway. I do think I can be on more. :3

I gave my checkbook back today, so I'm officially on winter hours indefinitely.

That's as close to a vacation as I'm going to get. :)

Hmm I think I've gotten all the socks, jewelry, bags, and ribbons. I might want to write down the other crap I want like I did in previous events and just scratch it off as I get it. :XD

I'll probably end up selling some of it back, but at the same time I think they did a marvelous job. I love red/pink/white and cute. Very much a win for me.
