I'm not finding the fairness in an eBay buyer purchasing an item and then asking if I will hold it for 10 to 14 days while they sort out their PayPal account. I ask that payment be sent in immediately, and if a buyer cannot, they need to contact me beforehand to work out arrangements. (I'm more apt to give a week or so for big orders, for instance. Not for a $10 item though.)

It's just frustrating. eBay has changed so much. Sellers can't even leave buyers negative feedback anymore, and by me telling the buyer I would like to cancel his auction because it takes away from buyers able to pay now, I could get a negative feedback without being able to do anything.

I just wonder where people get off being rude. It's not like I don't have the information out in the auction description. :/ It costs me money every time an auction sells. I asked that he let me cancel it (which would reimburse the fees), so I'll see.

Sorry I disappeared again. Work is...interesting. I believe the office creeper has decided to start hitting on *me* finally. And I thought being overweight made me safe from his advances.

Yeah, I missed you guys too! Just got a bit busy with the tutor training and Maddie getting sick.
The tortilla soup ended up WONDERFUL. I changed the recipe a bit, but I loved it. And so did Charles.

Thanks for letting me know. I've been wanting to try it out, but just haven't yet. I'm glad to know it was good. ^^

It was uber yum. And I finished the last of it today. *sad* Haha.

I made barbecued chicken wings (with Cole's lovely assistance) and potato salad. It was good at the time but it's not settling well.

Un-fun. I hate it when my food decides to riot. But at least it was good at the time!

Umm...pretty much everything. Hah, she's a pusher. If you avoid the question (and he definitely avoids questions about personal stuff unless he really trusts you), she'll push the issue hard core. So, yeah, some of it is about me, but not all, haha.

What movies are you planning on watching?

I think Sofia wants to see Valentine's Day.
Charles wants to see Dear John and Shutter Island.
I'm hoping to see both with him, because I think if I *just* see Dear John, I'll turn into a hormonal wreck. Haha. It's coming up on my "that time of the three months" time.

I think Valentine's Day is a definite download movie. I'd like to go see Shutter Island, though.

I want to see Dear John, too. I'm beginning to wonder if forcing myself to watch heart-wrenching movies so I can cry would be a good thing. I'm wicked stressed. :XD It's supposed to be a soothing process.

I always feel better after crying. Eh, Kin, I totally use movies to hang out with my two friends, so I'll pretty much watch anything. Sofia likes comedies and action movies, and Charles like scary and chick flicks, though, so they've pretty much covered all of my bases. :P

I love scary movies. I wish Kin were a bigger fan. But I'm sure he wishes I were a bigger action fan. >>

Chi, we could totally go see scary movies together! Though I'm not a fan of straight gore. I've refused to watch the Saw series.

I still need to see Saw V and VI, but I will admit that there are very few horror movies where I have covered my face. Saw has been one of them. I love the creepy plot behind it though.

*has all the Friday the 13th and Nightmare on Elm Street movies* ... Oh, Child's Play too. Halloween 1 and 2. I think that's it, unless you count Psycho movies in that genre. I think we have the first four?

Kin: I'm not good at picking favorites at anything, but I think Shawshank Redemption and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind are my top two movies. At the moment, I can't think of anything else that competes with them.

I really want to see Shutter Island. I hadn't wanted to see it before yesterday, but then two people told me that they hadn't want to see it and then absolutely loved it.

I don't really want to see Dear John. The previews just don't make it look interesting to me. I've liked other Nicholas Sparks movies, though. And I've been told Valentine's Day is a train wreck, but I'd watch it anyway. XD

I don't get this buyer. The aforementioned eBay thing. They never replied to my "please cancel" message, but instead purchased two more items, $30 each. This time it had a different shipping address listed. Same eBay name.

They paid for 1 auction and left 2 unpaid. O_o I am so confused.
