Lol I was going to get a Pan doll as my Lesley.. xD First one I'd found that resembled as I see Les.. but found another.
ImplDoll Bosco is the first I'll be getting for Lesley. I found another I want for my Lucius, as ImplDoll Ekin.
----------
I technically have the money for both of them... but.. Have to stick with the one and put the rest of my tax return to credit card where all of it should be going.

Those are interesting dolls, Rusalka. xD Something about the noses bothers me, but the prices on those are really nice. :o Did you pick out wigs for them yet? I am having an oddly difficult time finding good wigs for my characters. >_<
Chi - lol. You asked for it. :B
bjd | Shareapic.net <-- This is my DBDoll body. Headless and skerry, tho! The outfit was sewn by the DBDoll Den of Angels sales rep, STACY (all in caps like that). The mask came free with my purchase and I had fun designing it. xD And also lots of naked dollie porn (not really - just showing off the posing capabilities of the body. xD )
I can show you the website photos of the dollie bits I'm getting, if you want. xD Ho ho ho.

Hey guys. Doll collecting, eh? The only dolls I ever got really into collecting were Barbies and china dolls. Heh. It's been years since I've gotten a new china doll and even longer since I've gotten a collector Barbie.

Naked dollie porn?! *bans*
Oh man, I love the little hand-sized skull prop!
I also had difficulty finding wigs, but several years ago I grabbed two that were perfect. But then I moved away from home and sold them to collect funds, figuring I wouldn't have $2000 or so to put into the dolls I wanted. :XD Bah! I'll probably never find them again.
I'm very particular, so when I eventually get the two I want, they'll have to be perfect. D: In the meantime, I'm gonna drool over yours and Rusa's!

Yeah, the pups have gotten better, and I'm in the process of deworming them. More bad news, though. The vet school has decided that I will have to wait at least another year to go back.
It's just not my week.

Well it all turned out OK. My netbook took a dump and I was unable to get my english midterm paper off it. We ran up to grand rapids where the geek squad guy safely restored it from the last windows update. Aaron and I tried several things and couldn't get it working. :<
I was able to email it to the instructor though and all is OK now.

That doesn't really sound fair, since they're preemptively judging you. What did they say you need to do to "better prove yourself" or whatever? :/

They haven't really said much at all. I will meet with the dean again next week, but I have a feeling I'll be needing to get a dang Master's degree. There is one available for Biomedical Sciences through the Small Animal division of the vet school. That's probably where I'll go.

So you'd have to get a Master's and THEN go back to vet school, if I'm understanding you correctly? So what, 6 more years total?

That really sucks, Steel. They didn't even give you reasoning why which is even more frustrating.
You'd think they'd want more students...More revenue for them and such. Of course the community college will take anyone in really...*looks around at some of her classmates*

Yep. Although, they may let me back if I just prove that I won't have a total breakdown doing a Master's degree.
But, yeah, no matter what, it's going to be even LONGER before I can start my life now. *dies*
Edit: Haha, Izumi. Nice.
A&M takes the most students per class out of any of the vet school. Around 130 per year. But they really couldn't manage more than that. It's too intensive for the professors, even. They wouldn't be able to manage teaching more than one class.

Meeeh. That's really awful, Steel. I hope that you can talk with the Dean and get permission. It's really not their business. If you enroll, pay the tuition, etc. then what are they out? You know you can do it, and we know you can do it. I don't see what they have to lose by letting you back in.

It's almost as if they take offense if you don't do well. Because they let *you* in over someone else, and *you* aren't living up to their expectations, and maybe that someone else would have. It's a very strange, small world.
And because my grades were so low because of the depression, it *looks* like I'm not smart enough for the work, which just makes me mad.
Meh. I'm not really feeling it right now. I'm a bit numb. Luckily Sofia was totally awesome and literally *forced* me to go to the movies last night with her and her sister. We saw Cop Out, and it made me laugh a ton, and it was so nice to feel like someone really cared about me. And Charles texted me first thing this morning, and we're going to Denny's tomorrow. So at least it isn't as bad as it could be.

I've been wondering why you haven't been on as much. I had mentioned it to Cole. :\ Makes sense now.
I'm really glad you have a good support system there. I wish that I could go more, and I'm sure Izumi feels the same.

Yah I wish I could help too. I'm here if you need to talk to though, and I've been through really frustrating times too. I've also been through my ups and downs with depression too and can relate on that. Sometimes Aaron really has to push me to continue forward (instead of running to the bedroom and hiding). I know how important it is to have that sort of support network though.

Aww, *hugs*
You guys make me feel better all the time. But, yeah, I'm so very glad that I have my little friendsies here. They make me so very happy, and they really help when things decide to all go bad on me at once, like this week.
I'm probably going to have to get a job at a vet's office, though, instead of just occasionally volunteering. I think it may actually give me *more* time to see them outside of work, but I'll be sad to not work with them anymore.
