I'm willing to wager a guess that everyone who participated in her fiction contest will get one. Again, it's a guess. I'm also going to guess that not everyone who receives the item will want it. :3

I'd also guess that charities will also receive some to give out at their discretion, too. There's always a chance. :)

I can only hope, I think each one of those possiblities lands one in my inventory, lol. Though it would probably be really expensive to buy one, and I'd still have to arrange a trade with my own charity if I were to be blessed with some.

But back to the tome of nightmares, if you gots one... I do happen to possess November CIs...

I'm wondering if I should try to offload some odds and ends to try to get some pure up in case one comes on the market...
