My gosh I feel tired. I didn't sleep until real late, and I swear I felt sooo warm even though the thermostat is only set to like 65

We went to bed late last night, too. For us, anyway. Around 11:30 or so. Got up around 9:30. :XD I'm drinking coffee and eating a bagel while feeding the baby. Class is tonight, beh.

I'm on cup #3 this morning. I'm trying to get myself motivated so I do something around the house for Aaron. He's been kinda short with me about not doing much other than work. I have been having issues sleeping, and when I do I wake up a couple hours before work starts. I haven't really had much time when he's not around to do much of anything. D:

It's hard though, when both work. It's hard to balance who cooks, who does dishes, etc. The kitchen has been kept clean for three days now, and I hope we stick with it this time. It's really disgusting in here sometimes and it makes me antsy and depressed all at the same time.

We're going to browse furniture tomorrow as both our recliners are about ready to break. If we can find a cheap set we're going to rearrange the living room and give it a huge cleaning then. It needs to be swept, mopped, dusted... ick.

Oh boy. Major cleaning. I'd suggest looking for second hand stuff at either goodwill or if you have it at a habitat resale store. That's just the cheap side of me coming out. With little kids (and animals in my case) having nice stuff usually doesn't happen...not for long.

Well the problem is Aaron is having to work 12 hours then come home to cook dinner for us as he gets home about 7pm, and I don't finish until 8pm. I keep on telling him I don't care we'll have a fend for yourself night but he insists on cooking something warm every day. >_>

Once I finish training, though, I'll be finishing up around the same time as him and I'll take over the cooking. Things will begin to balance out a bit more and I should have more time to keep up on the daily stuff.

Yeah, we're going to go as cheaply as possible knowing it'll be barfed on within an hour. If we can't find something that works, we'll get a steam cleaner or something.

Can you guys cook up meals ahead of time? We try and do that when we know it's going to be busy. Tonight we won't get home 'till 7:30pm or so, but I have sauce thawing. If it would thaw in time (it won't) I would have just made noodles up ahead of time.

But we are ones to make soups sometimes that we can just reheat the following night.

Aaron complains about doing that though, as what happens is they get frozen and all look the same....like mystery meals. He'll usually take something out of the freezer if he has to but he'll gripe about it. I've been trying to suggest to him to get a role of masking tape and put a strip across the reusable ziploc containers and write down the contents and date to better keep track of it. Hasn't caught on yet, though. :sweat:

You know pre-cooking is a good idea.
Work hard, then play hard. XD

The only work I'm willing to do is stick it in the microwave and press start.
