Surprisingly I was thinking more in terms of mankind's intolerance for one another. I hadn't stopped to think about environmental factors, but rather things like germ warfare and worse. ;_;

This is true, but the technological advances that are here now as opposed to then are frightening. It only takes one hateful person to bring down hundreds now. Or perhaps I'm just being cynical. ;)

I think we're spinning out of control societally on such a global level that we're due for another reformation or an inquisition or two. That seems to be the cycle of things. Religion takes a stranglehold, eventually secularism breaks out and the world gets more and more decadent until eventually we kind of collapse under our own weight and turn to religion again...

I just put chicken thighs in the oven. Fried chicken essentially, just baked. I was going to pan-fry them but didn't want to push my luck with the babe. She was playing on her mat.

Man, I am bummed out. I got an e-mail with what will be our summer schedule and I am going to be completely overwhelmed. I know I'm a "hard-worker" but that's only so much one person can do. On the very positive side, summer term is only 6 weeks long.

It is. They're cramming two graduate courses into 6 weeks. Monday through Thursday. Plus I'll have to work. :s Not sure how it's going to fall in place. I'll just remain hopeful that I can keep up.

If Terra ends up blossoming into an independent player, it'll help. I wouldn't even worry at that point.

Well, I'll keep my fingers crossed that she moves up from the mat to other independent playthings. :)
