True nuff. XD I just want weekends again. A nice 9 to 5 job that doesn't require me to stay up until 4:30 in the morning finishing stuff.

I think I'd love an 8/8:30 'till ... well, ideally it would get me home when Terra gets off the bus from school. I doubt that'll happen. :XD

You know, I haven't had a "holiday break" officially since high school (well, okay, Christmas 2004 :P). Until last year, anyway. I didn't do anything over the winter break last year. This year? I'll be working on portfolio stuff. 9_9 Because I do still have that last portfolio to do in order to graduate. I do already have some nice pieces for it, though, so it's just a matter of organizing those, thankfully. Maybe working on new stuff, maybe not. We'll see what I feel like doing. :P

Guee-awds. I have to start looking for a real job. T_T

Oh, I didn't tell you about what happened to my hair, did I?

I was going out the other night and decided to try to curl it. Ended up getting a little clump at the front completely tangled up in the curler. I tried for like 20 minutes to free it to no avail and ended up having to cut it out. XD That little clump is now half the length of the rest of my hair.

Maybe eating a little more would be better. :b

And oh no! Are you going to cut your hair to make it all even, or let it grow out for a while first?

I'm planning on getting my hair cut anyway (it's getting a little long), and I usually do layers so I think it'll be fine. It's barely noticeable.

I actually think it's pretty funny. XD

The cook's gave me part of a sandwich. I'm all good.

Mmm... cocoa... I have a soy vanilla latte. (Yay Panera card!) And I haven't slept. Stupid inflatable sculpture. Least it's done. And I'm seriously debating skipping lunch so that I can just sleep until dinner. Being that I'm on duty and we have a program, and I have a meeting. :P

You know what's really, really boring? Trying to type up everything said in an interview.

I think it was having not eaten this morning and then downing a good 12oz or so of apple juice. :x I feel better now. Once I finish feeding the baby I'll get some lunch. Pasta is on the stove top!

Yeah, I can't say I'd find much fun in that. If the subject material were interesting, sure, but I imagine you didn't get a choice on that part.

I'm feeling annoyed right now. There isn't adequate help at work when you need it, so I'm not feeling like I'm learning from my mistakes. I've tried to ask the coaches for help and really nothing they said made any sense or cleared things up.

Sucks even more so as billing issues we don't have any 'dummy' accounts that we can get into to show how to do things...rather it's a lot of pictures and do this do that.

It'd be all fine and dandy but they've wrapped all our applications into one main system that forces you to follow flow charts to diagnose problems. Even if you know what the issue is there isn't any clearcut way to get to the billing system without going through the chart. Makes me want to scream....as something that SHOULD be easy isn't.

I was toying with taking Book Arts I as an elective, but never found any room in my schedule. :)

Gah. I think books are my least favorite thing to design. x_x But that may in part be because of the expense involved. Truthfully, this print project is kind of neat, and helping me study for my art history test, but augh. So over it. x_x
