Wait a while till someone sells them here or cheaper in the MP, they're inflated at the moment. I've made a few minor mistakes in buying a CI for 3k or so and only a few hours later someone sells it for 2k.

I have one Auctioneer item - the traitors of yumeh cloak and I love it! There are few of them that I want though - most of them I would just never use unfortunately D:

I knowww I love the auctioneer items. Especially the commander hat and the capes. I wish instead of them "retiring" they would not have a status. So that they could pop up for a week randomly -- sell 1 or 2, and then disappear again without notice of when they will pop back up!

I posted a thread regarding the Auctioneer Items. I'm not fond of them at all, thankfully I got a really good deal on this Baby Yan cause if not I wouldn't care. That's me though. Some people enjoy collecting them. :drool:

I like that idea better - a month is just not enough time for me - I never have enough gold to snag one while they are being auctioned off XD So if I saw one come out that I really wanted and I knew they would come back every so often - i could save up and buy one from him in the future - instead I wait and lurk the exchange and MP to see who is selling theirs and for what price D:

I saw - I like the look of the items - I think it's cool that we get new colors of some already released items - but I agreed with many of your points XD I just wish they were slightly easier to obtain.

The Yan is more of a....special item...not auctioneer - jelly gives them out during events - you generally have to make one and take pictures of it to receive one. I didn't have access to a camera the first two times and then this past event I worked so much I forgot to make one XD Fourth times the charm! I'm going to make one at the vday event if it's the last thing I do XD

Yeah. tbh I'm glad you didn't post in the thread regarding my points and only responded to CK's post. I'm personally not fond of having friends back me up when having discussion, just sounds bias to me even if it's unintentional. (I was a huge Site Feedback debater in Gaia back then so I tl;dr a lot lol.)

I saw! Some people made some really nice ones, I wish I had some of that creativity. :drool:

Yan is a mystery item Ayx~ people had to work hard to get them. XD Check out the summer boardwalk event where we had to post pics for our Yan. And this past winter 2011 event where people had to make a Yan out of household stuffs. : D Some are very fun~!

Yep maria, they kind of remind me of and replaced the auction of the banned people's item thread. At least I believe that is what their function is, to take gold from the economy. It's nice that we can still win them from events though, since they can be generated by the staff~ It's how I got my how now; from Nalin's Advent Day Calender.

I guess since I'm a business junkie, I just felt like I had to throw a lot of lowballs in that thread. They're really nice, don't get me wrong. I just feel a bit bad for the new users since the items are so recent in the life span.

I hate confrontations - so even if it's a friend who posts about a problem - I usually don't post at all. I don't want the staff to think I'm ungrateful and I don't want the friend to think I'm backing them up just because they are friends XD So I generally stay away from things like that XD

I wasn't going to respond at all...but I had to respond to CK - I would love if they auctioned off some of the 07 items...just to get them circulating again!

The auctioneer is exactly why they stopped the giving back auctions. They were created to keep teh gold levels down and to keep the older, more rare items, in circulation. I hope he starts auctioning off more then just the new recolors though - I'd love to see some other rares auctioned off - the ones that no one can buy because no one is selling!

It's a lot to learn though D: luckily I had learned all the taco bell stuff at a taco bell I worked at a few years ago - the pizza and the chicken was easy to learn - and the registers were much easier than any register I'd used before XD
