Oh no, Roachi, you're fine hun! I don't think he will ever get custody of the kids, but at the same time, I don't want her to give him a reason he could possibly win the battle for custody, either.

The judge won't sign the parenting plan and if the parents take to long at doing what they are supposed to do...
The judge can withhold the kids from both parents if he decides to... Like I said here, you don't have a choice... There has to be a parenting plan somewhere and like I said here, they won't sign off if the parents haven't done what they are supposed to do... The judge is the boss, if they mess with him, he will take away their rights and give them to someone that can take care of the kids properly... I know that you are already busy and you have a life... BUT, if you can squeeze the time into your schedule, go down to child services and sign up and take their foster parenting classes... That way if something ever does come up... You already have a history of having your act together enough to take on the two kids... |
@Fizi - That's true. I hope she doesn't give in and take off. Plus that would be kinda sad leaving you and the kids there ... I hope she's not that selfish.

It hit me all of a sudden... I knew if I laid down right then I would be able to get some sleep... So I did it and got about 4 hours sleep... Aww, hehe, actually I was going to apologize for having disappeared on all of you this morning. I literally fell asleep here at my keyboard, so when I woke up, I kicked my daughter out of my bed and crawled into it. I am going to bed early tonight as I have to go to town tomorrow morning, so I told my daughter she can't sleep in my bed tonight, hehe.
I saw the pictures you posted, Katty! Indy was quite the lovely dog! Now that I've seen yours and Cliff's pictures, I can picture the two of you together in my mind. :) *Huggle and squishes and luffles all my good friends* I know there was something else I was going to say here, but I cannot for the life of me remember what it was, now, hehe. My daughter actually surprised me tonight. She made a really good dinner of pork chops, mashed potato's and gravy, and green beans. It was delicious! Then afterwards, she did the dishes! Wow, did she ever surprise me, hehe. Let's see if this is just a fluke or if it's the start to a new beginning for her. ;) Well, I'm getting the rest of my May sets tomorrow, so anyone who has a set reserved will be able to pick them up tomorrow. :) |
Yes my Indy was very beautiful to me... I don't know why but I don't have any pictures of him when you can really see all of his wrinkles...
Cliff, I just think he is HOT! hehehe shhh, just don't tell anyone, we wouldn't want anyone to get the wrong ideas... hehehe... hehehe, so it was both of us??? hehehe... It hit me almost as hard as a sledge hammer... I knew if I didn't go and lay down I would be landing on the floor at some point... hehehe Sleep good tonight honey! Haha, I still need to get 9.5k together for BD. Sales have been dead in my thread since I ran out of the current month's CI's. I'm glad I'm getting the rest of them tomorrow so I can finish making the gold I need for BD at least. No one seems to be buying any of the older items right now, lol.

Well I have 2 extras from the 11th because a person didn't come back in 24 hours so now I haven't found another buyer yet...
Hopefully soon though... This person offered me a pretty darned good deal on some items and she started the trade though she did know I had to sell these first.... It is just that I don't know her at all... Someone must have told her that I am good to work with though because she started the trade and is just waiting for me... Yes if I lay down for much more than 4 hours a time when I do get up my back hurts so bad all I want to do is lay down... Yes sweetie don't fall out of your chair anymore... I hate it when I do that... hehehe... |

Thulhu, I think that you do qualify in the all because you seem to be friends with a lot of the people in "our group."
It isn't how often you come here it is which groups you are in... I have seen your name plenty in and around our group so therefore you must be part of it also... Dang 129? OMG that is a whole lot...
I don't post that often but a lot of my posts tend to be huge/long... That is because a lot of the people that I talk to are my friends from elsewhere also... Fizi and Tiger have been my friends for well over a year each and I don't think of them as on-line friends I think of them as RL friends... Pa-pancake is a new friend but I think that we are going to become really great friends as time goes on... I am a people person... I love people... Sometimes it is hard but I try to see some good in everyone... I had a horrible tragedy last Friday and Fizi, Tiger, Pa-pancake, and Jennifer finally got me through it the other night... I was devastated and they were very gentle and kind. They let me talk about it as much as I needed to and they distracted me as best the could the rest of the time... BUT WOW! 129 post per day average is big!!! |
