We don't celebrate memorial weekend here but its all good since I get huggles and luffles so I'm liking memorial weekend a lot! :P Though the weekend is ending in 30 minutes time and I have to work on my final presentation soon :) But that will be tomorrow. Today I am just going to play tetris to make my gold and also watch some Korean drama. So I probably won't talk much. See you guys!

Hiya Fizi and everyone else! The natives are getting a bit restless here with all the days off. I think we're going to have to plan an excursion before they start climbing the walls.

Well, I think I've finally made it past the depression stage...it lasted longer than normal but was also worse than normal, so that's not surprising. At least I stayed somewhat constructive during this whole thing, though. I worked on a banner for my quest thread, and I must say, it's come out surprisingly nice for being my first fully created on my own animated banner. It did take me the full day today to make the banner, though, with two different pieces of art created to make it. The animation took 28 frames, with 11 of those frames being unique.

I found a program that is showing to be promising for making animations in, and I can even make my own emotes in it too if I want to, hehe. I might just make my own personalized set of emotes sometime or other, lol, and if people like them enough, maybe I'll set up shop to make custom emotes for people. ;)

Anglie, thank you for playing my battleship game, hun. I've posted the results of your pick, which was, unfortunately, a miss.

Edit: Speaking of restless natives, Ivvy...I asked the kid's father tonight if we could take the kids to the park tomorrow for a picnic lunch, and you know what he told me? He said we don't have enough gas to go. Never mind that he runs my daughter all over hell and back again. Grrrrr they make me soooo angry. Can't ever do anything for the kids.

On the kids.... I want to hurt your grandbabies father.... what the hell is wrong with him.. I am extra irked at bad parents.. I mean my friend I was with is the one who is going through a divorce and she works full time he does not.. and he always sends the kids to her so she pretty much does not sleep..... bad parents need to be slapped and maybe switch positions with the kids........... you know have all the privliges and fun taken away.. all of the care and made to wait for everything.... they deserve it not the kids.

Ivvy, I agree with you completely. They really should have all their priveleges removed, hehe. It would serve them right.

Yes yes.... they need to fear the day someone who thinks like us gets the power to make it happen... kids should come first.. yes I like to have a social life but you know what not at the expence of my kids... like today I had lunch with friends.. and my boys went with us.. and no one minded at all they had fun with the kids and it was a nice restraunt.... so Its no excuse you don't have to drink and party to have a social life you can have a child friendly one that you can include your kids in.. and if friends have an issue with you being there and putting your kids first then maybe those friends should be thought about because they don't care about the important stuff in your life and thats just not a friend in my book.

I am glad that your progress on feeling better is good. I hope that you keep those creative juices flowing so that you are able to release some stress by doing something you like. I know art is definitely something that helps me feel better after I have had hard times. I'm now very curious to know what programme you are using that can make emoticons O.o It sounds interesting and I hope that I can see some of your banner and emoticon artwork soon. The store thing sounds great though lots of art stores have not really had good business lately. Maybe it would be wise to wait until more people come back to Mene during the summer?

And that man who calls himself a father makes me so infuriated! I can't believe he comes up with stupid excuses like that O.o Can't he just go and pump his petrol? He really does not want to spend time with his kids... *Sighs* I feel like cursing... But I should not tarnish your thread...

Well, I kind of wished the weather were a little cooler here since my air conditioning system decided to break down and I have to rely on the fan. Its amazingly hot now in the tropical countries. Can we trade weathers? XD

You are from the UK? I think I remember some people from UK. I know that Rosebleed is from the UK and my boyfriend just recently returned from a trip there. He said the weather was okay though. Windy but the sun was still rather hot.

Which part of the UK did he go too.
I have only ever known Rosebleed to come from the UK ^^.

Ah, I always try to post in other people's threads as well so its like a give and receive kind of thing. Usually the only people who post in my shop are the people whose threads I normally visit or sellers and buyers ^^'' We each return the favour by visiting the threads of the people amongst us ^^ Its easier to keep track of whose thread to visit that way :P I barely post in my own quest thread though... I have some really good people to thank for letting my thread live!
