Hello Fizi and fellow mene people! I am still alive, just busy and lurking more than posting. Nothing major - we still have a roof over our heads, but monies are tight to the point of painful! Wishing the recession will be over soon so I can find a good job cutting hair in town after I finish school in December. In the meantime, the kids are getting bigger, the girl starts 6th grade this Friday (crazy!) and we are enjoying an unusually rainy season.

I'm so sorry guys, I know I haven't been here much, but everything just seemed to hit at once. In addition to the toothache, I am now swamped with doctors and dentist appts, and of course, the event on Ruffles is this week and I'm hosting a game there, so this next week is definitely going to be super busy for me. I surely hope I'm able to get on here at least enough to get one set of the Celes Paradi items. I missed the event last year, and I really don't want to miss it this year.

I know exactly what you mean, Alexi. As for the medical issues, the only one that's really been annoying is the toothache. The doctor appts I have are something that's been long awaited, as things are finally coming together to take care of different issues that I've been waiting a long time to get taken care of. The first step was to get my thyroid regulated, and until that was done, my doctor did not want to focus on these other issues. I think, finally, I'm on the road to recovery, although this means some surgeries and such to do that, so it's still a long road ahead of me.
[N]ightmare, I haven't been here, simply because I haven't had time to be here, not because I don't want to be here. The same thing seems to be going on with a good number of my friends here as well, though, so maybe that's a good thing. Otherwise I might feel everyone has forgotten about me and be feeling quite lonely, hehe. *Cuddles back* |
Well we definately wouldn't want you to feel lonely. So I will be sure to check up on you from time to time and say hi.

Thanks hun, I do appreciate that. Geesh, it was all I could do to get myself one set of the EI's for this event, and then help Katty with a few as well. Our event on Ruffles is over now as well, and I don't have so many appts next week, so this next week shouldn't be as swamped as I have been. That will change again, though, as I do need to make some phone calls and schedule even more appts. Oh how annoying medical problems can be. *Sigh* |

Elmira, the appts will help, once all is said and done, but it will be a long stretch of road ahead. I'm anticipating at least 6 months to a year and a few surgeries to get everything taken care of. Between my appts, the kids appts and pixeling on Ruffles, I've had very little time to visit elsewhere. Windy, I miss you too, hun! Alexi, thank you for that input. It's been a while since you posted that, however, so I'm going to assume they are no longer purchasing those items. I really don't have time to go looking for their threads to find out either, hehe. No matter, if they don't sell, they don't sell. I'm not in any rush to sell anything, just want to help a few questers out with things that I don't use or have extras of. |
