It just upsets me that users aren't allowed to have the freedom of making their own guides to fix this...And I know it can be user-manipulated but you would think users would be smart enough to take the price guides with a grain of salt.

It's half the reason rare items are so popular.
There's a demand for the shirts so they're worth more.
I wouldn't give anyone a hard time about offering a lot for an item.
It just means they really want it.
