@ SouLSuRv1vER : The animal is the White Heartface Fox. It was an event item during the Valentines' Day '07 event. You can't buy these in the stores, and the only ones selling are here in the Exchange. :>

And the slippers are the Panda Slippers. They're a past Contribution Item, and like the fox, you can't buy them in stores either. You have to scout for them in the Exchange. =)
