Regina's other music is great, just unknown. To me, it's all about the lyrics and whether or not they fit the mood she's trying to portray; like Chemo Limo is fun; it's about chemo, and how she'd rather drive in a limousine rather than pay for chemo, roughly. xD That's a fun song, if a bit morbid and albeit its mood is a tad sad.
And then there's Apres Moi, too... -shrug- She's so poetic. >.<

Because he'd had bad luck having his music accepted previously, or whatever the term is... So he'd basically been saying to them, through the song, that he could be anything, and they'd still find something in him to dislike, or along those lines.
