-Steals caro's spotlight- ^_~

Jennifer 04-07-2008 08:26 PM

Three hot nineteen year olds. 8)
HAHA! I WISH. Though that'd be sad if they needed a nanny too look after them. .____.
The boys I nanny are two, five and nine. All a pain! It does take a lot of patience. And diaper changing...and smacking and hitting (kidd, kidd!). :lol:

Caroline 04-07-2008 08:29 PM

Sam ||
wut nao?
*Jabs you out of the way*
:D

Jennifer ||
AHAHA.
Ahh, they're young. & Young boys = loud and running around everywhere. XD
Hang 'em up from the ceiling by their underpants and smack them with a tree branch. :x

Jennifer 04-07-2008 08:31 PM

I'll just hang them from the ceiling fan and turn it on; whacking them with the stick at the same time. The ceiling is like 20ft up though. ;--; I hate big houses because of this. D< :lol:

Caroline 04-07-2008 08:33 PM

AHAHA CEILING FANS. They seem so 90s.

That's a high ceiling. o.o

midnightstar 04-07-2008 08:34 PM

Hello Caroline.

May I offer on more then one item?

Seriphy 04-07-2008 08:34 PM

-falls into the darkness- >: oh noes.

Caroline 04-07-2008 08:35 PM

midnightstar ||
Yes, of course. ^^

Sam ||

Don't worry, I'll bring you tap water and moldy bread. :]

Jennifer 04-07-2008 08:37 PM

I like ceiling fans. XD They keep you cool and are great to help you get to sleep when needed. Because I need noise; like a fan or dryer running at night, so I can sleep. C;

I live in a wealthy area, so everyone has huge houses with high ceilngs and whatnot. It's lammmme. D;

midnightstar 04-07-2008 08:37 PM

Thank you Caroline.

I'd like to offer:
Scepter of order - 650g
Scepter of chaos - 650g
Orange balloon - 450g
Cloak of healing - Ltd. edition 1st birthday cake hat + 350g
Cloak of nature - 700g

Seriphy 04-07-2008 08:39 PM

Mk, thanks caro.

Caroline 04-07-2008 08:42 PM

Jen ||
I haven't had a ceiling fan for hmm... ten years?
I like air conditioning. 8D Fans blow things around, pfft.

I'm content with small houses and apartments, as long as they're pretty and in a good area. One of my old houses was only like 1800 sq. ft. but it was in front of a golf course that had lots of deer, and it had an ocean view, so I loved it. I like living in the city too, and you can't really get a big house in the city. xD;

midnightstar ||
Thank you for the offers, but I'm looking for a lot more on those items. ^^;

Sam ||
Noo problemo. ;D
Why are you in a bad mood? :<
Smilee

midnightstar 04-07-2008 08:44 PM

Well I have no clue what the going prices are anymore. So I'm just going by the low end of the MPG because I prefer to buy things on the lower end of the going prices.

I can raise some of my offers if someone will give me an idea of what the going prices are.

Dystopia 04-07-2008 08:46 PM

So this is where the MAC ran away to. <3

Jennifer 04-07-2008 08:47 PM

We use air conditioner too. But only if it's REALLY hot oustide, lol. Right now however...so cold. ;--; Just when I thought the snow was starting to melt, it snowed last night while sleeping. SOB! RAWR

I like living on big areas of land too. But I'm actually not a city person, haha. I like living in the country, living with my farm animals...haha! Ugh, you know, for being a wealthy area over here, it's not a very big place. It's up in the mountains where there are tons of log houses that value at like $2mil and whatnot. I know of a few actors that live around here. Uh...can't think of his name lives up in Jackson, WY and has a child that goes to the school there. Honestly though, why we he want his child to go to a school that puts bars on all the windows? And the school looks like crap. d;

Seriphy 04-07-2008 08:49 PM

Eh. Im feeling a little sick and annoyed >: Nothing big.

Jennifer 04-07-2008 08:52 PM

The peach bunnies in your signature look like naked bunnies. XD

Caroline 04-07-2008 08:55 PM

midnightstar ||
I'm not too sure how much things are worth right now either, which is why I'm waiting for people to offer. xD;

But here are the prices I've seen somewhat recently ~
Scepters: 750-950g
Orange balloon: 500-1000g, I have 1300g+ offers on my yellow one
Cloak of healing: 1500g+
Cloak of nature: 1300g+

Dystopia ||
Yup, MAC is mine now. P:
I need to set up a new thread for it. Maybe later today.

Jen ||

It's been kind of cold in southern California lately too. x.x It's sunny today though. :] But I still have to wear long sleeves and pants. Wow, it's been snowing pretty late everywhere. The weather is fuckedd.

Too much land is hard to deal with. xD; One of my old houses out in the country sort of had I think a quarter acre of land? Or maybe it was an acre and a quarter, I don't remember. But the front yard was big and hard to maintain, and the backyard... well, we just left it as a big thing of dirt and native plants with a mini forest of oak trees. XD Small gardens are nice. <3

Log cabins in the mountain sound adorable! omgg. WHY does the school have bars on the windows though lol?!

Sam ||
Awh. :<
*Hugs* Feel betterr.

Seriphy 04-07-2008 08:56 PM

Thanks.

midnightstar 04-07-2008 08:58 PM

Thank you Caroline. I'll rework some of my offers then.

Seriphy 04-07-2008 08:59 PM

So anyway. caro what are you up to?

Jennifer 04-07-2008 09:01 PM

It is difficult to maintain grassy land. Because during the summer, you always have to keep things watered and whatnot. Otherwise you'll kill it all, haha. But it's still something I wouldn't mind having. I can't say I love the mountains and the trees and land up here. I'd rather live in a long plain/meadow with tons of grass and millions of trees everywhere. Basically a nice home right next to a forest. 8D

Haha, I suppose so. I used to live in one up on Star Valley Ranch. However, my family moved around too much and we didn't live there long. A year maybe? The house was valued at $1mil and my father built it with my stepaunt. They sold it though.

Because, there is a high crime rate in Jackson. The place is really expensive to live, yet poor families think they can survive there. Rent is as high as $12k a month for some places. Anyways, as much as the area looks beautiful, some buildings look like crap and have grafitti and whatnot ont them. The high school looks like a prison. d;

Caroline 04-07-2008 09:06 PM

midnightstar ||
Okay, thanks. ^^
I don't want to seem greedy or anything; it's just that I know the price guide isn't completely up to date with what some items are actually going for in the exchange, ya know? :<

Sam ||
Not muchh. Just chatting and trying to work out how I can see my friends. You?

Jen ||
Yeah! Yellowing grass makes me sad. XD I'd LOVE to have a big grassy area, but it costs so much to maintain. Plus my parents are kind of cheap; I wanted a horse when we lived there because I've ALWAYS wanted one and we finally had the land to own one, but they didn't want to spend money on a fence for it. >__>

I want to live in a treehouse. 8D

Wow, that's awesome that your father and stepaunt built the house.

$12k a month is INSANE. :shock: Is that for big houses or like fancy mid-sized richy rich lofts? It's sad to have all that wealth and poverty and crime right next to it.

Seriphy 04-07-2008 09:07 PM

xD nothing, being exhausted and talking to a few people. Trying to not dig myself into a bigger hole then I am with some of my friends.

Jennifer 04-07-2008 09:12 PM

I always wanted a horse too. ;--; And a spiffy tree house. -tear- Reminds me of those tree houses rich people build that actually is fully furnished and everything. XD

For both? I mean, there is this really ugly house up in Jackson, red and blue and looks like blocks stacked on top of each other. Looks terrible and ugly. However, I hear it's one of the most expensive houses in Jackson. I'll have to take a photograph of it next time I go there. It's a pretty small house too...built somewhat into the ground, it looks really odd. What I hate about some areas in Jackson is that you can't visit them unless you have a pass. Everything is so "proper" and they don't want just anyone wandering onto the properties. d;
