*butts into convo* Yeah, everyone keeps running around talking about how we're all gonna die. It's scary. I dont know all the details yet, but I heard on the news that they're trying to recreate the "Big Bang" and to do that they're going to have to use temperatures that are hotter than the sun. And yeah, this experiment could create more black holes that we could be sucked into. I'm scared. Psht, I'm not even SIXTEEN yet! xD

It's probably not going to do anything. There's a chance that it MIGHT create TINY black holes, like REALLY REALLY small ones that don't even have enough force to do anything. I just think it's more exciting if the world is ending so I'm going along with the crazy end-of-the-world exaggerations :>

My mom's best friend is like eighty something years old, and I've literally known her all of my life, so I was getting potatoes? Or something lol. Over at her house one day and I was just talking to her about it, and she's VERY outspoken and opinionated, and she's like "OH CHRISTA, Do you KNOW how many times the world has supposedly been coming to an end just during my lifetime??" Then when I shook my head, she thumped herself on the chest with her fist and said "PLENTY! But I'm still alive and kicking, aren't I?!" Then she went off into her office to find a book I wanted muttering something about 'superstitious poppycock' or something like that. :rofl: |
