If someone breaks the rules, whether it's a major event or they were only a few points away...we have to do our job. D: It's understandable to miss friends (and they can return if they wish), but we can't turn a blind eye to one and not all. I'm not saying you, but I am aware that there is grumbling about the "big, bad staff" when users are banned.
