I was sick today, and sick means that I'm excused from the performance.. But the other players will be sad with me, and it'll suck ):
The piece I was looking forward to was called "Perthshire Majesty"- it's really beautiful. D: I play the bass clarinet part in it.
The other two were The Darkness is Always Soft- very odd and contemporary piece.
Third was a collection of Hungarian gypsy dances, Puszta.
The student teacher isn't very practiced in keeping tempo, so he's always wavering and his downbeats aren't very clear.. The group tries very hard to follow his movements, but they're so hard to read that we're not as good as we could be. >_>; It's a shame that I couldn't hear it or play in it.. I wanted to hear the final product TwT

The CIs are beasts that only heed to.. Well, no one. o-o; Their prices are really strange. The set price in my mind for them is 1.8k for a set at the beginning of the month.. :drool:
